
Gent
In this ambitious project in Ghent, TimTim Build transformed an old townhouse into nine fully equipped student rooms. Only the original façade and structural walls were preserved everything else was rebuilt from the ground up.
The result is a perfect blend of heritage and modern living a once outdated mansion reborn as a stylish, safe, and energy-efficient residence for students in the heart of Ghent.

Structural Preservation & Demolition
The project began with the careful preservation of the historic façade and main walls. Inside, all outdated structures were safely removed to make room for a complete rebuild while maintaining the building’s original character.

Reconstruction & Framework
New floors, internal walls, and technical systems are currently being installed. This stage focuses on creating the framework for the nine future student units, ensuring stability, insulation, and energy efficiency.

Interior Installation

Our team is now working on plumbing, electrical wiring, and plastering. Each space is taking shape as modern, functional, and comfortable student rooms ready for the next phase of finishing and decoration.

Final Finishing & Handover (February Deadline)
Once the technical work is completed, we’ll move on to painting, flooring, and final installations. The project is on track for completion by February, when the building will be fully ready for its new residents.
